Toasted Coconut Chocolate Chip Blondies
A chewy, one-bowl treat with golden edges and a tropical twist.
Ingredients:
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup shredded coconut (toasted)
½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Mix melted butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking powder, salt. Fold in coconut and chips.
Spread into 8x8 pan, bake at 350°F for 20–25 mins.
