Toasted Coconut Chocolate Chip Blondies

A chewy, one-bowl treat with golden edges and a tropical twist.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup butter, melted

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ cup shredded coconut (toasted)

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Mix melted butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla.

  2. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt. Fold in coconut and chips.

  3. Spread into 8x8 pan, bake at 350°F for 20–25 mins.
